I mistakenly ordered the wrong part # for the brake line set that I needed. However, by the time I realized the error, Techna-Fit had already shipped the parts. I called the customer service # and spoke to Andrea, a very helpful agent who quickly coordinated the shipment of the correct set and the return of the parts originally shipped. When I received the brake lines, I was very impressed with the quality. Even with my mistake, it was a very good experience overall.
