How do I return an item or cancel an order?
Techna-Fit strives to satisfy our customers.
We offer our customers to ability to return any products within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
How to return a product: Contact us at 317-350-2153 to get authorization for the return. Once we receive the returned items and inspect the condition of the product, you will then be issued a replacement or refund. We do NOT allow any returns on custom made assemblies.
Reason for return
Techna-Fit’s Error: If we shipped you the wrong item or your kit was incomplete we'll make the necessary corrections to guarantee your satisfaction.
If you simply ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product: As long as the item is in new, uninstalled condition and is not damaged or missing parts, you will be issued a refund to the original method of your payment, less the shipping costs, and restocking fee may apply.
Defective: Items that have been installed, but show defects in materials or workmanship, will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Cancel Order: In order to cancel an order you will need to contact us directly at 317-350-2153 during our business hours of Monday thru Friday between 7am to 4pm EST, before the order has shipped. Once the order has shipped you will have to go through our return process.
Custom Lines: We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges on custom lines.
